Miramat - Model KSNL 1400 -Low-Pressure Electric Sprayer - Pump Model
This low-pressure electric sprayer, a pump model produced by MIRAMAT, utilizes an impeller pump with a radial piston acting as a flexible impeller in the form of a positive-displacement pump. It serves as an efficient delivery pump for Mirasan® products, operating with a minimum drive power of 0.37 KW. It features a self-priming intake capacity of up to 7 meters, with dry intake up to approximately 3 meters. It can achieve a delivery capacity of up to 15 liters per minute when unpressurized, contingent on the speed, and a lift capability of approximately 30 meters with a maximum pressure of 3 bar. The pump can run dry for up to 60 seconds without damage and is built with durable materials including 1.4571 stainless steel for the casing, cover, side panels, and shaft, Neoprene for the impeller, and Viton for the radial shaft seal. It is designed for use with Mirasan® TWR - Green and Neutral, and Ferro-Plus additive. A mixing tank is included. The product comes with a 24-month warranty with specific conditions.
Instructions for use:
- Attach the suction and pressure hoses, ensuring the connections are airtight. Note the direction of flow and direction of rotation of the drive.
- At a suction depth of more than 3 metres, a foot valve must be used. The suction hose must be filled before commencing work.
- Switch on the drive, open up the pressure regulator fully, the pump is self-priming.
- After finishing work switch off the drive and rinse the pump thoroughly with water. Drain the pump completely and store in a frost-free location.
Faults:
No pump suction:
- Suction hose not connected tightly
- Impeller worn or damaged
- Suction hose blocked
No pump pressure:
- Impeller or side panels damaged
- Delivery hose blocked
Warranty:
24 months from invoice date for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover wear parts. The warranty will be invalidated by incorrect usage or unauthorised repairs carried out during the warranty period.
