EXTREMELY HIGH RELIABILITY & LOW MAINTENANCE COSTS The Mixellent introduces a range of features which reduce engine and pump wear and increase components´ life-time. Automatic transmission for more efficient farm and on-road driving. Load sensing hydraulic systems allow oil flow only when required. Diesel engine operates at 1700 R.P.M. (less than today´s regular 2200 R.PM.) Computer controlled radiator cooling system automatically maintains optimum engine and hydraulic oil temperatures. All the main Mixellent structural components have been designed, developed and checked using the latest technology of finite element analysis. Main machine components are all manufactured by well-known manufactures - Deutz engine, Sauer Danfoss hydraulics and Danna axles and braking systems. REDUCED FEEDING CYCLE TIME 1 – IMPROVED LOADING The Mixellent´s advanced design significantly reduces loading time through the introduction of: A new chopper design. A 30% wider elevator (650 mm as compared to today´s 500 mm). Automated chopper and belt speed geared to the specific ingredients. Preprogrammed mixing auger speeds (from 1-50 R.P.M.) for specific ingredients. REDUCED FEEDING CYCLE TIME 2 – ENHANCED MANEUVERABILITY Three additional standard features reduce feeding cycle time even further, helping create substantial savings in overall operation. With the choice of crab and round mode 4-wheel steering, the Mixellent greatly improves the machine´s ´around the farm´ maneuverability - giving optimum operation in restricted areas such as narrow and low barns. To ensure the machine can discharge without driving onto the feed, the Mixellent has been designed with the following dimensions: Machine width: 2.25m (7ft 4 inch), External wheels width: 2.00m (6ft 6 inch). The Mixellent can be turned to front wheel drive for on-road travel. Additionally, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is available for ultimate operation in mud, snow, ice and other slippery conditions. AUTOMATED FARM & ROAD MODES To optimize operating efficiency and maximize vehicle lifetime, the Mixellent´s computer can be programmed to control maximum driving speeds even when traveling downhill. In Farm Mode, driving can be limited to any speed up to 20 km/h while still maintaining full operation of all work functions. In Road Mode the machine can be set to drive at any speed up to a maximum of 40 km/h. LONG DISTANCE DISTRIBUTION Thanks to all the pre-set programs and computer controlled functions, the robust Mixellent can safely load in one location and drive long distances to distribute feed in other locations even with running augers, without over-cutting the material. This means total farm operation with less feed centers – or even less machines. DAMAGE-PROOFED VEHICLE The computer´s central control systems prevent the machine from being operated beyond its limits, thus avoiding the often costly mistakes of inexperienced, tired or inattentive operators. GREATER DRIVER VISIBILITY For greater driver visibility, the Mixellent´s cab has a special elevating capability to provide a wider view of the right-hand side of the machine. MAXIMUM OPERATOR EFFICIENCY The cab’s ergonomic interior design enables efficient operator performance even after long and hard working hours. Dual front and rear hydraulic suspension systems provide high levels of comfort in both loaded and un-loaded situations. CUSTOMIZED PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO FARMER’S NEEDS As the Mixellent´s main functions are fully computer controlled, they can all be easily programmed to operate at optimum performance according to the farmer’s specific needs. Examples: chopper and mixing augers´ speeds can be pre-programmed for working with long fiber material, silage or any specific ingredient; or creating pre-set mixing times after loading last ingredients before the feed is ready for discharge. REAL-TIME, REMOTE MACHINE DIAGNOSTICS Making full use of the on-board computer, the Mixellent enables the possibility of using modem communications for remote trouble-shooting.
