The Sanitary Mixflo Multitube is specially designed for thermal exchange applications involving products with low to medium viscosity, including those containing particulates. It is constructed using high-quality stainless steel AISI 304/316L, which can be customized to other materials upon request. The product side finishing boasts an Ra value of less than 0.8 micrometers, ensuring minimal resistance and optimal sanitary conditions. Operating within a standard pressure of 10 bar, the system can also be adapted for higher pressures based on the chosen connections, including DIN, CLAMP, SMS, BS, and FLANGE types. It can sustain operations at a standard temperature of up to 184 degrees Celsius. This multitube exchanger is versatile across various sectors such as food, dairy, and beverage industries, making it a robust and reliable choice for industrial thermal processes.
