Terra - Model W7 - Mobile Aero-Separators for Compost and Biomass
The Aero-Separator W7 is the new development in the field of mobile Aero-Separators for compost and biomass. For the first time, this Aero-Separator disposes of an own infeed hopper. This allows an operation of the Aero-Separator independent of the Trommel screen. Materials, which have already been screened such as compost overflows, can be directly separated with the machine.
The infeed hopper is equipped with the proven positive-fitting drive system from the Terra Select Trommel screens. In addition, a metering roller provides a regular infeed of the material into the machine.
The Aero-Separator W7 convinces with a high, continuously adjustable cleaning degree with throughput rates up to 80 m³/h.
The machine is easy to maintain, all functions are hydraulically driven. The well-known Perkins series 1104 with a capacity of 55 kW from the Trommel screens is used here.
