Drying with effective vacuum technology

All X-Series dryers are built with Antti`s modern drying technology. The heat source is an efficient oil heater with an Oilon HVO oil burner. The X-Series dryers dry feed, seed and other small grains quickly and energy-efficiently. Speed is increased by the standard vacuum technology, where the air from the heater is sucked through the batch of grain being dried. A powerful pre-cleaner and vacuum technology also reduce dust ja noise levels.

The frequency converter-controlled axial fan saves energy and allows infinitely variable air volume adjustment to suit all situations. The components and structures such as the feeder motor and bearings are rigid. Antti’s elevator moves dry and wet grain efficiently. The integrated heater and upright installation of the axial fan save space, reduce noise and improve drying efficiency.
