Model 6 Ton -Industrial Cold Seed Press- Oil Press

This seed press is a cold type 6 ton press producing both usable oil for diesel engines (after proper filtering or processing) and a valuable by-product, feed cake for animals. Screw-press type unit can typically produce a gallon of oil from a 5-gallon bucket of canola, with the leftover feed cake being worth almost the price of the grain.

• Can be run using a 230V electric motor, gas engine or diesel engine (not included) 16 Horespower
• 2 tons of soybeans will yield 50 gallons of oil to be used for biodiesel conversion
• Press is capable of processing 6 tons of seeds a day into vegetable oil
• After filtration, oil can be mixed with chemical ingredients in the BioPro 190 (Item# GP9455) biodiesel processor and converted to biodiesel fuel
• Materials that can be pressed include ground nuts, soybeans, canola/rapeseed, cotton seed, sesame seeds, olives, sunflowers, coconut and cocoa
