The DOPPSTADT DU 265 windrow turner of the DU series are independent of the windrow shape – for windrows of different sizes and heights. The high throughput rates (600 m3/h), short setup times and flexible use on site are the main advantages.

Two side milling cutter discs are equipped with wear-resistant tools, which can easily be replaced. By using different tool shapes the turners can be adapted to various requirements. Individual, exact building of the windrow thanks to the variable discharge by hydraulically driven discharge drum*:

  • Phase 1: Deflection downwards, basic substruction
  • Phase 2: Standard lateral windrow building
  • Phase 3: Deflection upwards, extended windrow building
The turner will fixed to the corresponding tractor by three-point linkage and a PTO coupling drives the entire unit at 1000 revolutions per minute. The capacity is designed to cope with the demands of continuous service.
