Process:
Shattering system

The wastes can directly be shattered to 3~5 mm in size.

Transport system
Shattered organic waste residues are transported to the decomposing system.

Decomposing system
During the decomposing, Composting-free microbiological decomposing enzymes and reactive additives are added to shorten the processing time. These steps are achieved faster while transforming the organic waste to organic fertilizer.

Recycled product
Oorganic fertilizer.

• Organic waste treated: fallen leaves, sawdust, plant branches, horticultural wastes, agricultural wastes etc.
• Treatment capacity: Composting bag can be used without any size limitations.
• Treatment time: more than 2 months.
