Construction

• AISI 304 quality stainless steel
• Isolation range has 50 mm thickness(optional)
• 400 mm manhole cover on top, product inlet, ventilation, male sleeve, butterfly valve.
• Design that allow zero liquid to remain in the rank during discharge.
• Semi-Lunar Stands that are suitable with tank body
• Welded sections are welded with 1st class smooth polishing.

Options

• Product Line/Ladder
• Walking platform, exit collectors, CIP line and ladder that are manufactured from perforated sheet metal that are also coupled with 2 or more tanks on the vehicle

Auxiliary Chassis

• Epoxy painted platform with proper sizes with vehicle chassis which allows vehicle chassis to be connected with semi-lunar stands.

Pump Cabinet

• AISI 304 quality stainless steel cabinet
• Impeller pump on which product entry and exit are sleeve connected(with flexible impeller)

Winder Cabinet

• AISI 304 quality stainless steel cabinet
• Impeller pump on which product entry and exit are sleeve connected(with flexible impeller)
