The material to be pressed is placed in the feed bunker. A stable scraper chain conveyor conveys and doses the material to the pressing chamber. The material is captured by the stable rollers in the baling chamber and formed into a round bale from the inside. In this process, the “roll press process” presses the oxygen, which would lead to fermentation, out of the bale. Once the bale reaches a certain density, the material feed stops and the automatic binding process begins. A special stretch film or net is wrapped around the bale so that a high level of compaction remains. The bale chamber then opens and ejects the bale onto the wrapping table. The baling chamber closes again and starts with the next bale. The double-arm bale wrapper circles around the round bale and places several layers (adjustable) around the bale, sealing it airtight. Once the wrapping process is complete, the bale rolls out of the machine and can be picked up with a wheel loader, for example.

  • easy to transport and stack
  • very high bale density
  • space-saving storage
  • packed airtight
  • no spontaneous combustion
  • Preservation of caloric value
  • environmentally friendly and clean storage
  • no annoying steel wires
  • no fermentation process due to special balling and wrapping process
