Disc section

Working depth adjustment
SWIFTERDISC XN offers hydraulic depth adjustment from the tractor cab in standard. The required working depth is set using integrated hydroclips on the hydraulic cylinder.

The new generation of the SWIFTERDISC XN disc cultivators brings users even more options to select from. The basic configuration of the SWIFTERDISC XN disc cultivator includes discs with a diameter of 520 mm; 560 mm discs are available on request. Choose from standard serrated discs or specially shaped aggressive discs.

HIGH DURABILITY GUARANTEED
A new disc option: ENDURANCE.
The disc cultivators can now be equipped with ENDURANCE discs, supplied by the French manufacturer FORGES DE NIAUX. They provide a longer service life than the standard discs thanks to the high disc strength in the working area. ENDURANCE discs excel in withstanding extreme impacts and deformations.

HYDRAULIC SETTING
The easiest method of setting included in the basic configuration.
SWIFTERDISC XN is only available with hydraulic working depth setting. The working depth is set by placing the required number of integrated hydraulic clips on the hydraulic cylinders.

FOLDING SIDE DISCS
For the XN 3000, XN 3500 and XN 4000R unfolding models.
The folding side discs are optional equipment. They guarantee the use of the entire working span of the machine and safe transport on roads. The folding side discs are mechanically folded upwards for transport.

WIDE RANGE OF REAR PACKERS
Choose the ideal packer for your conditions.
SWIFTERDISC XN offers various rear packer options. From the tubular roller with a diameter of 630 mm to the double-row U-RING with a ring diameter of 500 mm. Choosing the right type of packer is important to ensure proper functioning of the backfill closure of soil and high-quality crushing of clods.

SWIFTERDISC XN 2000
A special version of the compact disc cultivator.
The SWIFTERDISC XN disc cultivator model series now includes a new model with a working span of 1.75 m. This model can be equipped with discs with a diameter of 520 or 560 mm just like the other SWIFTERDISC XN series models. The rear packers are available with a diameter of 630 mm.

ALFA DRILL SEEDING UNIT
Establishing catch crop in one pass.
The SWIFTERDISC XN cultivator can be equipped with the BEDNAR ALFA DRILL seeding unit while in production, for seeding catch crop and small-seed plants during stubble cultivation, all in one pass. The time and fuel savings are considerable. The seeding unit has a capacity of 400 litres.
