The Moving Cascading Stalls are designed for efficiently managing operations in livestock farms, particularly those housing between 150 and 600 sheep or goats. These stalls accommodate parlors with sizes ranging from 12 to 72 positions, configured in either single or double rows. The system is capable of handling throughput rates between 150 to 450 animals per hour, requiring only 1 to 3 operators for optimal function. Key features include cost-effective installation and minimal maintenance. The operation of entrance and exit gates, as well as the moving trapping system, is facilitated by specially designed air cylinders. Animals use the same gate for entry and exit, thereby simplifying the process. The stalls are constructed from durable hot-dip galvanized materials and equipped with aluminum headlocks, capable of withstanding rugged farm conditions. Additional features include stainless steel feeding troughs and air-operated gates, with a conveniently located control box within the milking pit. The feed dispensing system utilizes a robust screw conveyor and gear motor to provide accurate and efficient feeding, eliminating the shortcomings of systems with plastic parts and ensuring precise feed amounts with a single button press for hassle-free operation.

Moving of the trapping system and operation of the entrance and exit gates is done by special air cylinders. Animals can enter and exit using the same door.
The stall is sturdily built hot galvanized, with aluminum animal headlocks to withstand the tough conditions in farms. All animals will feel comfortable without wasting extra valuable space. The feeding troughs are stainless steel.
Moving is performed by two special air cylinders, one on each side. The entry and exit gates are also air operated. The control box is placed inside the milking pit next to the milker.

The feed dispensing system provides feed to the animals easily, fast, accurately and trouble free. The dispensing of feed is done by a special screw conveyor. It can dispense a large variety of feedstuff without a problem. The lack of plastic parts and the use of a gear motor make sure the system works long-term without problems. It can be adjusted to provide the exact amount of feed with a single press of the button. The setting is easy and the operator is not obligated to grant a multiple of a certain amount of feed then pressing the button, as with the other systems on the market.
