RAMM - Model 2 -Mud Management Panels

The flexible high-density polyethylene (HDPE) panels confine the gravel footing material in a series of 3" deep interconnecting cells. This limits the displacement of gravel from the downward action of the hooves and holds the footing in place against erosive forces such as heavy rainfall from other areas. They can be filled with any type of angular crushed rock to provide superior stabilization to the paddock footing.

DIY friendly... due to its unique flexibility, RAMM`s mud panels are by far the easiest paddock base material to install and doesn`t require specialized equipment or tools. If you can`t or don`t want to hire someone to install your mud panels, you can roll up your sleeves, grab a rake and hammer and get ‘er done!

Instead of hard plastic tiles, RAMM`s mud management panels conform to uneven or oddly shaped areas and to sub-base grades. This allows you to work with existing terrain or to the crown or slope areas for better drainage, thus reducing the time and money spent on sub-grade preparation. There`s no need to excavate or create a compacted gravel layer underneath. You can install it on steep slopes, around trees, over roots, through shallow ditches, and on lumpy ground. *This the only product that can install over existing muddy ground.  

Gravel Filling Tips: The mix should be somewhere between 30-50% fines or screenings to 50%-70% ½” angular crushed stone. *Recommendation: A good mix is 30% #10 Screenings and 70% #8 stone.

Quantity: Sold as a pair; each box contains 2 panels. (*To ensure shipping is as accurate as possible, we ask that you please call in if you would like to purchase them individually or in odd quantities. Shipping costs the same for one panel as it does for two, due to their box length.)

Size: Each panel expands to 6` x 12` and 3" tall in cell height.
