MultiLandPlus - Changeover System

The basic chassis of the MultiLandPlus changeover system
The MultiLandPlus basic chassis have been developed for driving speeds of 40 to 60 km/h. They deliver excellent driving stability and comfort.

All components have been specially developed for the conditions in large agricultural businesses. No other system works with so many components to transport agricultural products and spread organic fertilisers. With a high throughput, rapid return on investment and minimal capital commitment, more and more customers are choosing this system. The MultilandPlus interchangeable system has an optimum weight to payload ratio.

The attachments can be changed over quickly and easily in under 30 minutes.

1. Starting position

1. The chassis with attachment is prepared for the changeover.
2. Park the machine on a level surface
3. Raise and lock the lift axle

2. Raise
The support stands have their own frame holders and their height can be adjusted. All electrical, mechanical and hydraulic connections are released.

1. Fold out the support stands
2. Secure the support stands in place
3. Release the eccentric fittings
4. Release all electrical, hydraulic and mechanical connections

3. Set down and move the basic chassis forwards

1. Lower the chassis
2. Drive forwards slowly and in a straight line
3. The attachment is steady and stable

4. Move the basic chassis under the new attachment

1. To mount a new attachment, follow the procedure for setting down in reverse order.
2. Drive under the attachment slowly and in a straight line
3. Raise the chassis and connect the attachment using the guide plates and pins
4. Fasten the eccentric fittings
5. Connect the electronic, hydraulic and mechanical connections
