Sinomush - Mushroom Growing Net
Mushroom growing net is applied to the bed frame of button mushroom cultivation racks, for transporting the layer of compost and casing in and out of the mushroom shelving. The width is 1-1.65m, length 10-80m, the tensile resistance is about 4 tons, it resists acid alkali and anti-aging treatment, pasteurized. The two sides are specially treated without stripping, no shrinkage, no deformation, it also can resist 80 degree celsius steam sterilization.
Our mushroom casing nets, with their high level of wear resistance & shrinkage resistance are perfectly suited to modern automated mushroom cultivation. Every growing net has been produced carefully with consideration for the enormous forces these nets have to handle.
The combination of strength, limited narrowing effect & limited lengthening ensure that our growing nets perform as planned for a long time. The open structure and monofil yarns make sure the net can be cleaned properly which improves hygiene and prevents contamination.
Growing Nets are pulled in and out of the Mushroom Shelving by pulling&emptying winch.
