A natural buffer made from a combination of calcified seaweed, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and green seaweed meal. Rumen Guards unique combination gives the quick buffering action of sodium carbonate and bicarbonate plus the added advantage of prolonged and superior acid absorbency of calcified seaweed over the critical pH range of 5-7.
