Research and Development
We considerably invest on research and development related to sprayers so as to keep ourselves abreast with the technical development. We accord prime importance to research and development activities which include new product development, upgradation of existing products and field research. Our modern R&D lab comprises of latest technological advanced imported machines, large tool room, computerised CNC and modern automatic engineering and plastic moulding machines.

Quality Assurance
Considering quality as one of the cornerstones of our success, we follow international quality norms in our manufacturing process for Hi-Tech BackPack Sprayer Pumps and wide range of various Sprayer. Besides checking the raw materials, our quality team also checks the performacne of finished products to elimiate the possiblity of any kind of defect. The quality team also regularly checks the machinery and difference equipment. Our qualified personnel keep a complete track of the functioning of the various sprayers and machinery. We believe that “Quality is when our customers come back and products don’t” We place strong emphasis on quality and hence there is a constant monitoring and supervision at every stage of manufacturing. With an in-house production of the spare-parts used in the sprayer we have ensured that there is complete control over the quality. Additionally with an objective of zero defects each and every sprayer leaving from factory is both automatically and manually checked. With a motto of achieving efficiency through economy our products have always setup a benchmark in the industry.

Modernisation
With increasing labour costs it is becoming difficult for farmers to conduct spraying activities. In order to overcome this problem we have started importing modern farm implements from countries like USA, Taiwan, Korea and Germany. These implements are being manufactured strictly as per specifications provided by us considering Indian soil and farming techniques. We have also entered in to MOU with a USA based company who provides hi-technological products specially designed for Indian Farmers at most affordable prices.
