- The stainless steel frame is made of 38mm×38mm 304 stainless steel square tubing , making it sturdy and durable; the fermentation tank is made of 304 stainless steel, 1.5mm thick, ensuring longevity; the piping uses stainless steel composite pipe, which is sturdy, durable, and corrosion-resistant.
- The device is easy to move. It is equipped with four casters with brakes at the bottom, making it easy to move and fix the equipment.
- Strong overall integration: All components are rationally distributed and fixed on a stainless steel frame. The device and control system are integrated into a single design, making it convenient to operate and aesthetically pleasing.
- Enhanced Safety: Equipped with a separate power control box, a residual current device (RCD), and grounding indicators to ensure equipment safety.
- Highly functional: The entire tank is made of stainless steel, with a sturdy and aesthetically pleasing appearance. The tank has inlet and outlet ports on the upper and lower sides, and three equidistant sampling ports on the front. The tank consists of two layers: an outer water bath insulation system and an inner composting reaction system. Three temperature measuring devices are located on the upper, middle, and lower parts of the tank to monitor fertilizer temperature changes in real time during composting. A heating system provides a suitable water bath temperature for the composting water bath layer, and includes internal heating and temperature sensors for real-time monitoring of water bath temperature changes.
