In year 2015 GEO ITALY GROUP took over OMARV brand and the production activity moved to Castagnole delle Lanze in the province of Asti, where a new production facility was built in 2016. Such new production facility established in year 2016 was recently enlarged by another production plant and the complete factory location now reaches a total area of 16.000 square meters.

Remarkable investments were carried out in order to develop the manufacturing activities and improve the quality of the implements we sell, with a goal to revamp the brand awareness on an international level.

Omarv gained EMDA membership in 2023. EMDA is Equipment Marketing & Distribution Association, which connects consumer and manufacturer, providing better services and satisfaction in North America.

New horizons

The investment program guaranteed the conservation of all job positions and it even allowed some additional hiring of young staff having an average age under 35, inclusive of 80% graduated employees. The key point for the brand revival is the promotion of the "MADE IN ITALY" value.

Currently, the major markets for OMARV brand are Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Morocco and Vietnam.

Our technology

OMARV has always put the maximum effort in using new technologies and equipments, in order to update our production procedures and offer machineries that are constantly improving, reducing the production period at the same time.
The services of our logistic department were refined thanks to the integration of vertical storages and assembly kits, which enable our staff to perform the stock and production activities in a faster and more effective manner.

We boast the on-site production and balancing of the rotors that assembled on our implements, using the technology granted by up-to-date balancing and CNC machines. This enables our company to obtain certified results and high standards in quality level.

Besides, we can offer a perfect welding effect of the components of our products, by means of last-generation robots which grant us reliable results together with a remarkable increase in production quantity.
