Algaeo AutoModule - On-site Micro-Algae Based Fertilizer Production System
The Algaeo AutoModule is a cutting-edge system designed for on-site production of micro-algae based fertilizer. It transforms standard 55-gallon drums and 275-gallon totes into bioreactors capable of producing efficient, organic fertilizers. Equipped to monitor temperature, pH, and biomass density, the system offers real-time data and alert functionalities. This facilitates optimal growth conditions and timely application of the fertilizer. The produced fertilizer boasts an NPK ratio of 3-3-3, which is adjustable using natural inputs or through Algaeo's consultation services to increase it to a 9-1-3. The system's design ensures significant boosts in soil microbial activity, plant root protection, and overall yield and biomass output. It supports a variety of crops, including microgreens, fruits, vegetables, and hemp. The Algaeo AutoModule is currently in beta, soon to be fully autonomous, promising no need for ongoing fertilizer shipments by enabling sustainable on-site production.

The Algaeo AutoModule allows 55 gallon round barrel drums and 275 gallon totes to be turned into bioreactors for micro-algae based fertilizer production.
Currently in its beta form, the system monitors the temperature, pH, and density of biomass within the grow container. Eventually the system will be fully autonomous and will track the growth of the algae from start to finish and provide data and alerts to the grower when the contents of the container are ready to be applied as a fertilizer.
The fertilizer grown inside of the barrel will yield an NPK of 3-3-3, which can be modified with natural inputs (or under the guidance of Algaeo’s consultation, can be increased to a 9-1-3).
