With:
Electrical heating
Temperature control unit (to set the scalding temperature)
Basket for holding the chicken into the water (cap. ± 10 chicken). The basket is put into and taken out of the warm water automatically (driven by motor)

One (1) plucker, Sputnik
Capacity  ± 10 chicken per batch (depends on weight of chicken)
Plucking time 1-2 minutes (depends on scalding and weight of chicken)
