Paddy Destoner is a critical machine in rice milling, which effectively separates impurities such as dust, straw, sand, stones, clay, and other heavy particles from paddy. The machine operates on the principle of gravity, utilizing a specially designed double blower to make the paddy float on the screen. The air flow from the blower is regulated with shutters, ensuring that only clean paddy moves to the rubber sheller for further processing. Vibro models of Destoners are also offered, capable of handling high volumes of paddy ranging from 4-8 tons per hour with greater accuracy. All models are produced using high-grade raw materials and advanced technology, adhering to industry standards. The pre-cleaners are known for their high demand and productivity in the market. Paddy Destoner is the most essential machine for any Rice mill, it separates all the impurities like dust, straw, sand, stones, clay, and any heavy particles of even and uneven sizes from paddy.
The machine is designed based on ‘Principal of gravity’, where the paddy is made to float on the screen with the help of specially designed double blower. The air from the blower is controlled with shutters, which ensures clean paddy is sent to rubber sheller for further processing.
