PAS - Corrugated Plate Silo for Manure Storage
The PAS corrugated plate silo is designed for the efficient storage of manure, with flexible dimensions that allow it to be placed on nearly any surface. Constructed from galvanized plates enhanced with an added protective coating, the silo ensures long-term sustainability. Sizes vary from 6 to approximately 2,232 cubic meters in volume and heights up to 6.10 meters, while diameters range from 1.82 to 30.97 meters. The assembly involves specialized bolt sets for enhanced solidity, reducing the number of bolts required and speeding up installation. The silo can be equipped with either a floating deck of reinforced PVC or a tension cover. Its construction allows for ease of installation by hand, guided by experienced technicians, making it an economical solution in terms of labor costs. The system can be bolstered with additional soil around its exterior for stability. The tank construction is composed of plates with a profile and arched in the correct radius. The plates are connected to each other by means of bolts.
The galvanized plates and an extra coating for protection make the silo a sustainable solution for the storage of manure.
The PAS corrugated plate silo is available in volumes from 6 to approx. 2,232 m³ and in heights up to 6.10 meters. The diameters vary from ø 1.82 to ø 30.97 m.
The tank panels are connected to each other by bolts, nuts and washers. The bolt head and washer are pressed into the same shape as the wave and guarantees a much more solid connection. As a result, many plate connections with a single bolt row suffice. This simplifies and speeds up installation considerably and results in enormous savings in labor costs.
The PAS corrugated plate silo can be fitted with a floating deck of reinforced PVC or even a tension cover.
