Automatic hot water boiler MGM-I for gaseous and liquid fuels is available in 14 output types as a standard product. On customer request can also make a different output variants of boiler MGM-I.

The model is equipped with three-pass with flame tube, cooled reversing chamber, internal injector to increase the temperature of the return water and two strokes of fire tubes. The boilers are delivered in the right-hand version (controlling on the right-hand side) as a standard. The boiler is also available in a left-hand version optionally.

Boiler body consists of cylindrical shaped shell and flame tube with rear revering chamber equipped by membrane wall and two fire tube bundles forming convection part. The front reversing chamber is closed by tilting gasproof door covered by fire resistant insulation with integrated inspection window of the flame. The boiler body is completely thermal insulated and covered by metal casing. All heating surfaces are easily accessible for cleaning after boiler opening. This guarantees permanent high boiler efficiency even in case of long-term liquid fuel firing. The burner is fixed to the boiler door.

The boiler heat efficiency in standard delivery (without ECO) is at full load 92 % and temperature of the flue gas achieve values of 185 ° C, depending on the operating overpressure and the boiler output. With ECO the boiler efficiency will increase to about 94 - 95 % with temperature of a flue gas from 120 to 140 ° C.

Emission values depend on used burner type and meet emission limits applied to gaseous and liquid fuels. NOx and sulfur emission liquid fuel depend on nitrogen and sulfur content in the fuel.

Boiler Door
The boiler door is mounted on rotary hinge located on the front head of the boiler body. It consists of return chamber, burner flange, window into the combustion chamber and ceramic insulation covered with castables. Standard solution for the possibility of opening the door is on the right. Nonstandard delivery - opening on the left.

Smoke Collector
Smoke collector is consists of a metal case with cleaning door, cylindrical outlet for flue gas exhaust in the direction of the axis of the boiler. Nonstandard delivery - upper flue gas exhaust.

Connection necks for output and return of hot water, safety valves and boiler drain, are made up by flange connection PN 16.

Boilers are supplied with adapter of inlet and return neck of hot water, which are fitted with weld-on pieces for connection of manometers, thermometers and regulatory elements.

Isolation of the cylindrical part of the boiler body is made up of lamella insulation with thickness of 100 mm and covered with an insulating sheet with lacquered finish color RAL 3000. Smoke collector and back face of the boiler body is insulated with a layer of insulation with a minimum thickness of 100 mm. The upper part of the boiler is consists of an insulated platform by ribbed plate.

  • Economizer (ECO)
    The heat exchanger for heating the feed water is placed in flue gases draft. ECO increases total boiler efficiency by 3 - 5 %.
  • Burner
    The boiler can be fitted any burner having specific performance parameters. Burner installation is
    possible by the mounting flange on the boiler door.
  • Chimney
    Due to low flue gases temperatures we recommend the separate chimney made of stainless steel for each boiler.
  • Boiler switchboard
    Boiler switchboard allows control of all regulatory and control equipment specific to the boiler (control circulating pumps, control the flow of return water through the economizer, monitor current operating data, etc.). Using the appropriate components can be provided fully automatic operation of the boiler.
