PBSModel THP-IN -Automatic Hot Water Boiler

The automatic hot water boilers THP-IN for gaseous fuels and liquid fuels are available in 18 output types as a standard product. The boilers are equipped with an injector to reduce temperature of the return water. Series THP-IN for maximum performance 75 ÷ 3500 kW.

Three pass with flame tube, cooled returned chamber, two bundles of fire tubes and a flue gases collector. The boiler is available in the right-hand version (control from the right-hand side) as a standard. The boiler is also available in a left-hand version optionally.

Boiler body consists of cylindrical shaped shell, cylindrical flame tube with turned chamber and two bundles of fire tubes that create a convection heating surface. The front turned chamber is located in boiler cover. The gas-proof boiler cover consists of tilting door with flange for burner fixing. The door is covered by fire resistant insulation with integrated observation window. The door is tilted to the armature part installed on boiler sidewall. On the customer request can be boiler delivered in left, or right variety. The boiler body is completely insulated by double insulation with metal casing. The boiler insulation parts are supplied separately in disposable package for easier boiler transportation. All heating surfaces are easily accessible for cleaning after boiler opening. This assures permanent high boiler efficiency even in case of long-term liquid fuel firing. Burner for gaseous fuels or liquid fuels is built into the door.

Exhaust gas temperature of the Primatic - IN boilers reaches 180 – 195°C for heating system with water temperature 90/60°C. Exhaust gas temperature have to be higher than 180°C when fuel contains more than 0,5% of sulfur Burner power have not to be lower than nominal power of the boiler. Minimal exhaust gas temperature can be 115 – 120°C.

Return line water temperature has not to be lower than 50°C. Recommended temperature is 55 – 60°C for all kind of fuels.

Emission values depend on used burner type but meet emission limits applied to gaseous and liquid fuels. NOx and sulfur emissions by liquid fuel burning depend on nitrogen and sulfur content in the fuel.

  • Boiler has to be installed with acceptance of local standards
  • There is necessary to have space for boiler door opening – 90° in the front.
  • There is flange connection for outlet and inlet water line, for safety circuit and chimney. The rest of connection id threaded type.
  • There is necessary to have enough space from back to reach drain valve and enough space for cleaning of combustion chamber.
  • There is no any requirement of free space from right and left sides.
  • There is possibility to change door opening direction.
