Perforated Drip Pipe
It is one of the most efficient technologies in existing irrigation systems. The basic principle of drip irrigation is that the daily water requirement of the plant is given in the form of drops without creating an excessive water demand in the plant. In other words, it means watering the plant, not the soil. In the drip irrigation method, chemical fertilizer application can also be done every day or every 2-3 days to meet the plant nutrient needs along with irrigation water. Thus, it becomes possible to achieve a significant increase in yield and quality.
- Although the yield increase varies depending on the climate and region, it can reach up to 50-100%.
- It provides an early harvest, shortening the period of plant development.
- It provides the possibility of watering at low pressure and with low flow rate water.
- More areas are irrigated with less water than other irrigation systems.
- Drippers placed december certain intervals in the pipe allow water to be supplied to the plant at the desired pressure and amount.
- Irrigation efficiency is the highest irrigation system among irrigation systems.
- An equal amount of irrigation is applied all over the land.
- It provides irrigation without causing erosion on sloping soils.
- Watering can be done in windy weather.
- The yield and quality of irrigation are high.
ROUND DRIP IRRIGATION PIPES
Round drip irrigation pipes are produced dec diameters of 16 and 20 mm with a wall thickness of 0.9 – 1.2 mm. Compared to flat drip pipes, round drip irrigation pipes with a thicker wall thickness are preferred for shorter-distance irrigation. Their coil lengths are 200 m and 400 m, and they can drip water from 2 liters to 4 liters per hour. Octoberzdogan offers additional parts such as mini valve, adjustable dripper, blind plug, nipple sleeve, elbow, reduction te part to the service of manufacturers as well as drip pipe.
FLAT DRIP IRRIGATION PIPES
the flat drip irrigation pipe produced in diameters of 17 and 22 mm can drip water in amounts ranging from 1.6 liters to 2.2 liters per hour, and the wall thickness of the pipe can vary from 6 miles to 24 miles. Designed for irrigation over longer distances, the wall thickness of the flat drip irrigation pipe is thinner than the round drip irrigation pipe, its drippers are flat, and the december of drippers can vary from 20 cm to 50 cm.
STRAIGHT DRIP IRRIGATION PIPES
It is usually used for tree irrigation in open ground. The desired point is drilled with a perforator, selected from the types of drippers, and irrigation is performed by attaching it to the drilled point.
