Phoenix - Model ZSK-02 -Mobile Grain Dryer
The Phoenix ZSK-02 Mobile Grain Dryer is engineered to provide a flexible drying solution for corn, managing a substantial moisture reduction from 24% to 14% while working at a productivity range between 100 to 600 tonnes per day. This dryer, built on the principles of a classic mobile dryer, eliminates the need for permits, foundation construction, and any complex paperwork. It features a high-positioned wet grain bunker with integrated level sensors designed to handle even mass accumulation and load control, which optimizes the drying process. The absence of an upper auger streamlines the design, while all moving mechanisms are built around reliable bearing assemblies to ensure durability. The unit's mobility is facilitated by a wheeled base, making it easy to transport and relocate as needed.
