Applications: Isochrysis is a premium source of DHA, extremely important for marine fish larvae, juvenile stages of mollusks and crustaceans diets. Commonly used for zooplankton enrichment (Rotifers and Artemia) in standard hatchery protocols.
Rich in essential vitamins: A, B1, B2, B6, C, E, nicotinic acid, pantothenic acid and folic acid. All these vitamins play an important role on the larvae development, growth and fish vision.
Great source of amino acids such as leucine, lysine, and alanine, important for growth rate improvement of fish larvae and crustaceans.
Must abundant pigments: fucoxanthin, lutein, β-carotene, zeaxanthin, canthaxanthin, chlorophyll-a and chlorophyll-c2.
