The NXT2 luminaire is a high-performance horticultural lighting solution that features an advanced electronic driver, cast aluminum body, and high-performance reflector— delivering optimum light output and efficiencies, with years of maintenance-free operation.
The NXT2’s robust cast aluminum housing is designed for years of maintenance-free operation. Integrated heat fins—in combination with a unique “breathable” membrane to prevent dust-ingress—ensure optimal thermo-regulation for long-term operating reliability.
Given the dimensional nature of taller crops, directing light deep within the canopy to reach the lower leaves is typically a challenge. The NXT2 with Beta Reflector delivers a more focused field of illumination between 0 & 45 degrees in the lower hemisphere, producing uniformly deep light penetration into the canopy below with a phenomenal efficiency* of 93.5%.
*REFLECTOR EFFICIENCY INDICATES PERCENTAGE OF LIGHT EMITTED FROM THE LIGHT SOURCE (HPS LAMP) THAT IS RE-DIRECTED ONTO THE CROP SURFACE BY THE REFLECTOR.
