Stationary ‘lay over’ hoof trimming chute

• Chute can be ordered to lay the cow on either the left or right side
• Chute is constructed with 2-1/2” x 2-1/2” x .188” square tubing
• 12 gauge sheet on table section
• Pivot points on tilt are 1-15/16” pillow block bearing
• Pivot points on belt system are 1-1/2” pillow block bearings
• Head gate hinges are 5/8” rod ends
• Base stand is constructed with 3” x 3” x .188” square tubing
• All exposed ends of tubes are capped
• Three (3) HP 220 VAC single phase or three (3) HP 240-480 VAC three phase power unit
• Vickers pump
• Unit has three hydraulic operations - chute tilt, belt system, and head catch
• Six-gallon hydraulic oil reservoir with vented cap and cartridge type filter
• All hydraulic valves and cylinders are standard agriculture type
• Hoses are 3,000 lb. PSI rated with JIC fittings
• Anchor plates are supplied with unit
• Chains and hooks are not mounted on the chute but are supplied
