IAT - Model IAS-5100 - Portable NIR Grain Quality Analyzer
The IAS-5100 is a portable Near-Infrared (NIR) analyzer designed for precise grain quality assessment. It features a side-lighting design and diffuse reflectance which facilitates the continuous blending of granular samples during testing, enhancing the consistency and accuracy of analyses. The prediction models embedded within utilize a comprehensive database developed through extensive sampling, further refining the accuracy of results. This device is user-friendly, requiring minimal technical training due to its automatic functionality and intuitive 7-inch touchscreen interface. One-button operation enables swift analyses, typically within three minutes, making it ideal for use in marketplaces, trucks, and fields. Operable in a 5-45°C temperature range with less than 75% humidity, it incorporates advanced components, such as an InGaAs detector and an array of MEMS micromirrors combined with a grating.
