The Powerhouse Hatchet 360 has a thermoplastic (TRP) handle and a hardened C45 carbon steel drop forged head cooled in an oil bath before being heat-treated to 53-56 HRC (Rockewell hardness scale). It has three times the chopping power of comparable products.
