Manovac - Model MA-III -Prov-lav Aut Electronic Wash Programmer for Milking Systems

This model supports the same operational functions as its predecessor, the MA-II, with enhanced features for precision and efficiency. It operates with two distinct programs: one for post-milking cleaning using alkaline detergents, and another for periodic deep cleaning incorporating both detergents and acid sanitizers. Each cycle includes cold or warm water rinses followed by hot water washes with the chosen cleaning agent. The unique advantage of the MA-III lies in its dual-pump system, which automates the dosing of both detergent and acid, each with its own programmable timer for exact dosing. This ensures efficient, thorough cleaning tailored to the specific needs of different installation sizes and configurations. It has two complete programmes. Programme 1 works with alkaline detergent immediately after milking using three different cycles:
- Rinse with cold water.
- Wash with hot water and detergent.
- Rinse with cold water.
Programme 2 is conducted once or twice a week. It consists of washing with detergent and acid sanitizer through the following cycles:
- Rinse with cold water.
- Wash with hot water and detergent.
- Rinse with cold water.
- Wash with hot water and acid sanitizer.
- Rinse with cold water.
Cold water can be substituted for warm water in both programmes. One of the advantages of the electronic system is that programme timing can be modified depending on the size and needs of the installation.
B) MA-III ELECTRONIC WASH PROGRAMMER
MA-III ELECTRONIC WASH PROGRAMMER performs the same washing procedures as the MA-II model. The difference between the two models is that this model has two pumps, which automatically take the detergent and acid. Each pump has its own timer, so that the dosage of the products can be adjusted very accurately.
