Ag-Bag - Model T7060 -Pull-Type Agriculture Bagger
The T7060 Pull-Type Ag-Bagger features increased forage capacity with either a 6, 8, or 9-foot tunnel. The T7060 complements the T7170 in providing a dense, uniform bag with greater forage capacity. Operators will enjoy easier transportation and greater serviceability with this new model.
The T7060 features a 12-inch wider, single conveyor with a stainless-steel floor for faster unloading, increased capacity, and more travel space between wagon movement. The conveyor floor is reinforced, replaceable, and features taller sides for forage protection.
The Revolutionary Rotor features twice as many teeth and three rows of tines with even spacing across the entire rotor from end to end. With more teeth, the rotor can take smaller bites of forage more often for continuous flow across the entire rotor which results in improved forage density within the Genuine Ag-Bag.
For greater durability, the T7060 uses the same gearbox and jackshaft arrangement as the T7170 Ag-Bag model. The T7060 design has centered the drive gearbox with the tractor PTO resulting in easier operation and increased reliability.
A Middle Tunnel Extension lengthens the tunnel by 3-feet to allow tough forages like alfalfa to be packed against steel for greater density and smoother sides before moving into the Genuine Ag-Bag. The three tunnel pieces stack on each other to enable the transport width of 8.6-feet. Tunnels are moved using the bag cradle lift system and pinned together quickly.
The bolt-on design allows for stripper bar plates to be replaced as one complete plate or smaller sections for improved serviceability.
The bag cradle has been designed to lift tunnel extensions with the cable lifting system. Also, the bag cradle can be used to move the backstop for bagging. The backstop can be lifted with multiple devices either in the center brackets or on the end with a forklift or skid steer.
All T-Series Ag-Baggers feature 300-foot cables as standard equipment for longer bag capacity and eliminating the need for cable extensions.
Serviceability and operation controls have been designed to give operators easy-to-use controls, easy access for machine upkeep, and a cleaner environment.

- Easy to open shields for chain inspection

Increased hydraulic tank capacity results in greater capacity and better cooling by being located outside of the frame. With this redesign, the T7060 features and integrated toolbox to store tools and supplies needed for Ag-Bagging.
The T-Series introduces a better way to transport Ag-Bag Pull-Type Baggers. The new hitch design changes towing direction placing the tunnel on the side of the road to keep the tunnel out of the on-coming lane of traffic. This results in better visibility while maintaining the 8.6-foot travel width. Plus, it allows the Ag-Bagger to be backed into bagging position next to another bag for rental units.
