Raven - Grain Covers
Raven offers a total system approach in grain cover solutions, custom fabricated covers to fit any shape and size pile for temporary grain storage in scrim reinforced (GrainMax™), woven coated (Protector™), and longer-term vinyl covering materials. We create custom fit covers for a wide-range of agriculture applications including sugarbeet pile covers, salt pile covers, and any other applications requiring quality customized covers to protect the pile from exposure to the elements, specifically oxygen and moisture migration.
Raven is dedicated to implementing sustainable product solutions in the markets we serve, and specific to our grain cover segment we offer a convenient cover pick-up service through a leading dealer-partnership under our Ag Cover Recycling Program. This program is available to all existing Raven customers purchasing GrainMax™ or Protector™ covers, as well as to new customers who purchase a Raven cover and wish to use the recycling program to pick up their previous cover. Executive Cover - (conical shaped, 4-piece design, stepped, custom-fitted, RainFlap™ seams included, YokeLift™ system incorporated)
Economy Cover - (4-piece design, flat non-fitted, stepped, YokeLift™, RainFlap™ seaming selection available at additional cost, previously known as Integra 4-Piece Cover)
Rectangle/Oval Covers – (1-piece covers or if needed multi-piece design, RainFlap™ seaming selection available at additional cost, rounded covers may include stepping to reduce excess material weight)
Raven Secondary Grain Cover Protection: Exclusive WebNet™ (external net systems) and innovative Fortress™ (internal strap system).
WebNet™ External Net Systems are available in heavy and light duty options and are designed in individual webbing sections for ease-of-use, sections can be added or removed without uninstalling the entire net system.
Fortress™ Internal Strap System integrates securing straps directly into the cover allowing for individual strap release to open partial sections of the pile without removing the entire protection system. Raven accepts return straps with 50% discount credit towards a new strap order for next year.
Raven grain covers solutions are designed with the user in mind, by targeting simple and effective cover installations. Our easy-to-use custom RainFlap™ seaming method utilizes an easy-to-seal Velcro® attachment for seamless joining of panels, removing the need to drag sewing equipment up on the pile to join panels. The Raven YokeLift™ system increases tarp strength and decreases cover stress from the lift ring area; the greatest stress point during installation. YokeLift™ systems are produced from heavy-duty vinyl tarp material and durable webbing to securely fasten on to woven or scrim reinforced polyethylene tarps for overall cost reduction, while still providing superior cover performance.
