The working principle of palm oil refining machine is mainly based on the combination of physical and chemical principles. The deacidification process involves the addition of alkaline solution (such as sodium hydroxide) to neutralize the free fatty acids in palm oil, producing soap feet and precipitating them. The decolorization process involves using adsorbents such as clay to remove pigments and other impurities from palm oil. Finally, during the deodorization process, high-temperature water vapor is introduced under vacuum conditions to remove odor substances from palm oil, resulting in high-quality refined palm oil.
