Share the Benefits of Sodium Scrubbing Between Multiple Facilities
From coking plants to ceramic plants, we have a solution for facilities that cannot financially justify their own individual regeneration plant. We build a sodium scrubbing and regeneration hub that multiple facilities can utilize, providing multiple circular economies to provide smaller facilities with additional revenue streams and near-zero emissions.
- Ammonium bicarbonate is brought into the scrubbing and regeneration Hub
- Sodium bicarbonate, supplied by Airborne, is used at the facility to convert the pollution to sodium sulfate and sodium nitrate (pollution)
- The pollution is trucked to the Hub from the connected facilities, where the sodium is recycled and the sodium sulfate and sodium nitrate is converted to sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate (fertilizers)
- Sodium bicarbonate is piped back to the connected facilities for pollution removal, and the fertilizers are sold to the market
