Working Principle of Rotary Dryer:

1.Raw materials are conveyed from the feeder machine directly into the Rotary Dryer, raised by the lifting plates repeatedly, and scattered by the crushing blow dispersion devices.
2.Materials and the hot air flow are combined sufficiently to complete heat and mass transfer process.
3.As a result of the induced draft fan, dried materials move slowly, and come out from the discharge machine after drying, exhaust gas is handled by the cyclone, venting to the atmosphere.
