Soft finishing for cotton,hemp and its blended fabric.

Usage amount for reference

• Crude oil emulsification please refer to the emulsification process.
• Dipping Process: Dilution   1~6%( o.w.f)
• Padding Process: Dilution   10~50g/l
• Package50 or 120kg/drum
• Storage】Store in cool and ventilated warehouse. 6 moths of storage period.

Process

1. Add RH-NB-8240 and the emulsifier in the container, and start to stir for 5-10min.
2. Add 8Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.
3. Add 8Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.
4. Add 8Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.
5. Add 10Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.
6. Add 10Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 2kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.
7. Add 20Kg water and stir for 5minutes, the add 4kg acetic water ,stir 5-10min.
8. Add 20kg water stir for 10min.
9. Add the rest water under stirring, stir for 5-10min,make the pH at 6.filtering and packaging
