Baltic-Invest - Seed Protectant Grain-Saver

• Grain-Saver uses grain seed for treatment with mordant and organic grain seed for treatment before sowing.
• Grain-Saver is simple and convenient grain mordant intended to be installed on the grain screw conveyor.
• Grain-Saver can be supplied in a set with a screw conveyor or to use the screw conveyor existing on the farm, which may not be shorter than 3m.

Grain-Saver guarantees precise and smooth spraying of mordant on seed provided by:

• 5 nozzles (as amount of mordant, required for 1t of seed is different; thus, there are 5 different sizes of nozzles in the set in order to adapt to each client`s needs).
• A pressure regulator (ensures even distribution of pressure, which allows more accurate spraying of mordant over seed).
• A dosing cup (it is used to measure the required size of pressure and nozzle, the mordant densities vary). Measure in a dosing cup, which comes together with Grain-Saver, how much of mordant is sprayed per 1 minute before the beginning of the process of etching to select the right nozzle and proper pressure
• A membrane pump with connection of 230 V or 12 V (together with a 3-meter cable). Etching power of Grain-Saver is up to 12 t/h.
