Comfortable cabin

The spacious CS200 cabin provides comfortable working conditions for the operator, as well as the presence of such functions as:

• air conditioning and heating system;
• comfortable work chair with air suspension;
• additional seat;
• conveniently located instruments and controls;
• panoramic windows of the cabin;
• illumination of the working parts of the windrower, which allows you to work in the dark.

The operator sets the cutting height, controls the change in the speed of movement of the knives of the cutting unit, the speed and direction of movement of the conveyor belts from the cabin.

Powerful and fuel efficient engine

The powerful and fuel efficient MMZ D-260.4S3A engine is a 4-stroke piston six-cylinder engine with an in-line vertical cylinder arrangement, direct diesel fuel injection and compression ignition. The engine is designed for extreme operation at air temperatures from +40 to -44 °C.

Hydrostatic transmission

The hydrostatic power transmission circuit implemented in the CS200 windrower allows maximum use of engine power to perform various operations.

The hydraulic motor is installed on the drive axle, and the speed and direction are set by the operator from the cab. This scheme made it possible to abandon the belt drive and manual transmission with accompanying CVTs. The efficiency of the engine has increased, which began to deliver almost 100% of its power, regardless of what kind of soil the windrower is moving on: uphill or downhill. Also, thanks to the use of hydrostatic power transmission, windrowers become less “burrow” in viscous soils, since hydraulics do not allow the wheels to turn or skid, but retain minimal torque, thanks to which the wheels rotate at a minimum speed and pull the machine.

The CS200`s wide-cut draper header with high-speed cutterbar features high productivity and versatility. Thanks to reliable copying elements, the header performs the harvesting process with minimal losses.
