Self-propelled windrowers are an important tool for ensuring high productivity in agricultural work. The CS140 windrower is designed to help you use it most effectively in a variety of agronomic conditions.

The windrower is equipped with new technologies that allow you to move across the field at high speed and switch to transport mode at a speed up to 30 km/h, which significantly saves your time when moving.

The CS140 windrower is designed for mowing, flattening and swathing grass with a yield up to 200 c/ha, with a plant height up to 1 200 mm, and a moisture content of up to 80%, as well as for forming or wrapping swaths of grass and grain crops on flat fields with a slope up to 8º.

The windrower has a possibility to aggregate and operate with the following adapters:

• swath header with a cutting width of 7 meters;
• header for grass with a cutting width of 5 meters with a flattening device.

The new modern UNI CAB is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable work of the operator, has excellent visibility from the workplace.

The seat with the air suspension allows to increase productivity and reduce operator fatigue. Numerous seat adjustments, new steering column and steering wheel allow to set up a comfortable working position and achieve maximum results throughout the shift.

The CS140 cabin is the operator`s work in comfortable conditions, which provides the presence of such functions as:

• climate control system;
• audio system;
• frameless doors;
• cooled box and electric thermal container;
• additional seat;
• heated mirrors, electric adjustment and increased curvature;
• 10 LED work lights for work during night-time;
• USB port and 12 V socket.

Simple and intuitive control of the windrower is possible with using the HARVEST OFFICE on-board computer, which displays all the necessary information and collects statistical data.

Engine

The CS140 windrower equipped with the Weichai WP4.1 engine is a high-tech solution for the agricultural sector. The four-cylinder, 4.1-liter turbocharged engine with the power of 140 h.p. provides an optimal combination of power and fuel economy. This allows you to reduce fuel costs while maintaining productivity. In addition, the two-year factory warranty on Weichai engines is an additional advantage that emphasizes the reliability and quality of the products. Hydrostatic transmission

The tram drive on the CS140 is made in the form of motor-wheels. The design of the drive and steering axles with a clearance of 980 mm provides the necessary ground clearance. The CS140 easily passes over any swathes.

Two-speed final drives installed on the drive axle made it possible to abandon the belt drive, mechanical gearbox with associated variators, and also to increase the transport speed.

Headers for the CS140 windrower

The draper swath header is designed for mowing and laying in a swath on the left or in the center of grass, cereals, legumes, cereals and other crops. When laying on the left side, the header allows doubling the swaths to facilitate subsequent harvesting. This reduces the number of passes of heavy equipment across the field, which increases the efficiency of the equipment and reduces time costs.

The CS100.12 grass header is a frontal roller auger header with a crushing unit. It copies the field relief both in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
