The CLASA is Unlu`s semi-mounted reversible plough line for large farms that require maximum ploughing width providing farmers with high efficiency and economy. Offered with a selection from 7 to 12 furrows UNLU`s CLASA is a heavy-duty plough characterized by its robustness and also its flexibility to changing conditions and farmer needs. COMFORTABLE TRANSPORT
Our semi mounted reversible plough CLASA rotates and locks in the central axis and transports safely and speedy on the road like a single-axle trailer. CLASA does not load redundant weight on the tractor and keeps it fully safe when transporting on the road.

HYDRAULIC PRESSURE GAUGE
Hydraulic Pressure Gauge for overload protection regulates the system which resets plough bodies perfectly to their original positions after they escape from the stone impact. The plough bodies can move up to 35 cm vertically and up to 20 cm horizontally with Hydraulic Pressure Gauge.

WORKING WIDTH ADJUSTMENT
The working width of semi-mounted reversible ploughs can hydraulically be adjusted from 30 to 50 cm per body in an infinite manner. (CLASA V model). This allows a flexible operation at different soil, ground and weather conditions and an excellent fit with the capacity of your tractor. A double acting hydraulic cylinder adjusts the working width of all bodies continuously and easily from the tractor seat. On the other hand CLASA M model can set working width of each body to 35-40-45 and 50 cm mechanically. That means up to 6 meters of soil can be cut at a time.

UNLU plough range contains a diverse selection of bodies which excellently fits all soil conditions and enables best preparation of your soil for seeding. Enhanced material density and solid fitting on the bodies permits low wear and breakage-free ploughing. The plough is firmly rotated by 180 degrees by means of 2 reversing cylinders. The wheel is large enough to lessen soil compaction during ploughing and to give safety during transportation.

Working depth Is adjusted by 3-point linkage in front and by transport wheel at the rear. Both are adjusted hydraulically All UNLU ploughs feature shear-bolt safety protection for stones as standard. The shear-bolt can be easily replaced. A spindle adjusts the front furrow width easily and quickly. All CLASA ploughs can optionally be equipped with disc coulter, skimmer.
