Shangang - Galvanized Corrugated Sheet
Galvanized corrugated sheet is an excellent product for a variety of exterior building applications where durability and low maintenance are important. The zinc coating creates a sacrificial barrier that protects the steel even in harsh environments for decades. The corrugated design adds structural rigidity while maintaining flexibility to install around curves or angles. Typical uses for galvanized corrugated sheets include commercial and residential roofing, siding, agricultural buildings, fencing, and more.
Galvanized corrugated board has strong pollution resistance. After leaving it for 24 hours, clean and dry it with washing liquid. The surface will have gloss and color. No changes.
The galvanized corrugated board was continuously heated in a 120°C oven for 90 hours, and there was no obvious change in the gloss and color of the coating.
When the galvanized corrugated board was placed at a low temperature of -54°C for 24 hours, there was no significant change in the bending and impact resistance of the coating.
After immersing various corrugated board product samples in boiling water for 60 minutes, the surface gloss and color did not change, and there was no bubbling, softening, expansion, etc.
