Wire Free Mulch Plant: Shred well`s tire recycling system - wire free mulch plant is designed to produce 10-20mm wire free mulch for collection or further processing. Shredwell tire recycling system - wire free mulch turns the whole tire into a high quality rubber mulch and steel. It`s a physically processing machine, working in the normal temperature, causing no secondary pollution.
Wire free mulch is the second step in tire recycling system. At this stage, tds chips from TS primary tire shredder are processed into around 10-20mm rubber chips with steel removed by magnetic separator. During the process in tire recycling system, the scrap tires shreded by our TS tire shredder and RR Rasper into around 99.9% wire free chips.
Wire-free chips have numerous uses- like rubber mulch widely used in playground and garden landscaping or TDF chips widely used in cement manufacturing, pulp and paper facilities or to be raw material for pyrolysis process. An added value of rubber mulch plant is the ability to remove the steel. It can be further processing by our steel cleaning plant or compressed by our steel baler to sell to smelters directly..
Rubber mulch plant output contains steel and wire-free rubber mulch. Processors are able to sell to buyers or continue processing for additional material outputs.
