2 Correct use
(1) Reasonable selection of supporting power. Generally, the rice mill should work under full load. (2) Adjustment of the entrance and exit gates. During the specific operation, the opening degree of the inlet gate is adjusted according to the regulations and then fixed. (3) Meter knife adjustment. Mainly to adjust the gap between the rice knife and the sand roller, the gap is large, the pressure of the whitening chamber is small, the friction of the rice grain is not strong, so the rice can not be finely ground, but the rice yield is higher; on the contrary, the precision is improved, but The broken rice rate is higher. Generally, when the adjustment of the inlet and outlet gates cannot meet the production requirements, the rice knife is adjusted.
(4) Rice sieve adjustment. If you find that the whole rice is mixed in the fine shovel during the work, you should check the rice sieve for leaks. If the rice sieve is improperly installed or damaged, it should be reinstalled or repaired. If the sieve hole is too large, it should be replaced with a sieve with a small sieve opening.
(5) If the material in the middle section cannot be closed, the feed gate should be closed. After the material is sufficient, the feed gate should be slowly opened. Do not produce when the whitening chamber is not full of materials.
(6) After the production is completed, the inlet gate should be closed first. After the operation is completed for 1 min, after the rice in the whitening chamber is finished, the materials are all cleared and then the power is turned off.
(7) When using the new rice milling machine, because it is a new sanding roller, a new rice sieve, a new rice knife, etc., the pressure in the whitening chamber is large, and there is often a phenomenon that the yield does not go up or the surface of the rice grain is pulled, such as the above situation. The sieve should be removed, wipe the oil and rust, and remove the external pressure (lift the outlet pressure rod), put a small flow, after 1 to 2 shifts, the normal effect can be achieved.
3 Troubleshooting
(1) After the rice mill is started, no feed or rice is not produced. Reason: It is the rice machine reversal; the moisture content of brown rice is too high and the viscosity is large, which makes the feed port and rice sieve block. Measures: It is to adjust the motor steering; dry the grain, dredge the feed inlet and the rice sieve.
(2) The finished product is too much broken. Reason: The pressure of the whitening chamber in the rice machine is too large; the rice sieve is not flat or the rice sieve is deformed; the rice knife is too thick; the incoming brown rice contains too much crushed, more bursting waist, poor quality or too low moisture. Measures: Reduce the pressure in the whitening chamber; replace the rice sieve or plastic; replace the thin rice knife; control or adjust the quality of the incoming brown rice.
(3) The finished product contains too much bismuth. Reason: The sand roller is seriously worn; the sieve of the rice sieve is blocked; the suction system is blocked; the air volume or wind pressure of the suction fan is too small. Measures: Replace the sanding roller; clear the sieve hole; adjust the wind pressure and air volume; replace the suction fan.
(4) The accuracy is reduced and the unevenness is uneven. Cause: The flow rate of the incoming material is unstable; the pressure at the discharge port is too small or the pressure gate is not flexible; the rice sieve, rice knife or sand roller is seriously worn. Action: Adjust the flow; adjust the pressure; replace the corresponding parts.
(5) The rice mill is clogged. Reason: The feed flow is too large, the outlet pressure is too large; the discharge port is blocked by rice bran; the belt is slipping; the sand roller is worn or the rice knife is worn; the spiral head is worn and loose; the brown rice is too high. Measures: reduce the feed inlet, increase the discharge port; clear the outlet stack; tension the drive belt; replace the screw head or tighten; reduce moisture or increase the size of the mesh.
(6) The current is unstable. Cause: The feed port is broken, the pressure door is out of order; the rice screen is blocked or damaged; the power supply is out of phase. Measures: properly adjust the inlet and outlet, make the material fill the whitening chamber; clean the rice sieve or replace; repair the circuit.
(7) Machine vibration. Cause: The anchor bolts are loose; the rotating parts are unbalanced: there is looseness at the joint of the equipment. Action: Tighten the bolts; symmetrical adjustment to balance; overhaul.
(8) The finished product is hot. Reason: The humidity of the brown rice is too large; the sieve hole or the discharge port is blocked: measures: reduce the moisture of the brown rice; unblock the sieve hole and the discharge port.
(9) The bearing is hot. Cause: The bearing is filled with too much oil or lack of oil; the lubricant is too dirty. Measures: add or reduce butter; clean the bearings in time.
4 Maintenance
(1) Check whether the screws of each part are complete and fastened before each operation, and if it is loose, it should be tightened in time; the rice knife, rice sieve and sand roller are wearing parts, and the wear condition should be checked before and after each shift. After the knife is blunt, the adjustable head is turned over; the damage of the rice screen can be treated by tamping or repairing the steel sheet. The wear of the sand roller can be repaired by an angle grinder, and new parts should be replaced in time when it is severely worn.
(2) Installation inspection of rice sieve. When inserting the rice sieve into the bead, first insert a piece at the inlet end, then insert a piece at the outlet end, and then set it in the direction of the rice flow, then use the sieve to hold the screw tightly, so that the two rice sieves are flat. Straight, and the rice machine can not leave a gap between the two strips, the screen overlap should be in the direction of the rice flow; no gap should be left when the flat joint, the gap between the sieve and the roller should be consistent.
(3) Installation inspection of the sanding roller. If it is a multi-section sanding roller, its connecting end should be flat and the connection should be flat. If it is impossible to align, the protruding direction should follow the flow direction of the rice grain; the key cannot be loosened, and the end gland should be After compaction after the sanding roller is installed, the maximum clearance from the outlet end should not exceed 2 mm to prevent broken rice.
(4) Check the tension of the V-belt. If the tension is insufficient, the belt will slip, the spindle speed will decrease, and the clogging phenomenon will occur easily. The tension will be too tight, which will reduce the service life of the bearing and the V-belt. malfunction. Always check and adjust the V-belt tension, especially during the initial use phase.
(5) After the machine is used for half a year, the bearing should be removed for cleaning and the butter should be replaced. If the machine is not used for a long time, the material accumulated in the machine should be cleaned, wipe the internal and external dust and dirt, and cover the machine, then store it in the machine. Dry, cool place.
