Tank

• Hot-dip galvanized tank, galvanized on both sides
• Tank passivation protects fresh zinc coating from the aggressive effects of slurry
• Rear manhole: ø500 mm (on T507/2), ø700 mm (on T507/1, T507/2, T507/6) – manhole cover on a hinge
• Tubular filling level indicator with sight glass
• Drain outlet with 1½” valve at the lowest point of the tank
• 4” sight glass on the rear end plate

Chassis design: self-supporting

• SELF-SUPPORTING – drawbar mounted on reinforced supports under the tank, hot-dip galvanized
• Interchangeable hitch – bolted ø50 mm
• Mechanically adjustable support leg

• Single axle, two wheels

Brake system

• Dual-line pneumatic brakes with 4-step braking force adjustment

Piping & safety

• Reinforced hoses resistant to temperature connecting the fittings
• Overfill protection with dual-ball valve and sight glass on the top of the tank, plus a siphon with sight glass
• Pressure-vacuum gauge (manovacuumeter)
• Two safety valves: overpressure up to 0.05 MPa and vacuum up to -0.05 MPa
• Oil separator – wet air filter, silencer reducing compressor noise

Suction and discharge connections

• Suction couplings: 4” (ø110 mm), or 6” (ø150 mm) on T507/6
• Main discharge outlet in rear manhole cover: 4” with hydraulic gate valve
• Front left and right side – blanked off, prepared for manual gate valve installation
• Rear coupling – blanked off, prepared for manual gate valve installation
