1. When storing, choose a place that is ventilated and shaded, use bricks or other items to pad the rack to make the digging shovel and depth-limiting wheel off the ground. Finally, cover the peanut harvester with plastic cloth. The removed power shaft, hydraulic oil pipe, ground wheel, etc. are best placed on a shelf, neatly arranged to prevent damage.2. After the operation is completed, the dirt on the parts of the harvester must be removed first, and the peanut shells, broken stalks and other attachments remaining on each part of the machine must be removed every day, especially weeds and other attachments. After using the peanut harvester for a week, grease the universal joints and bearings, and check and supplement other lubrication points.
3. Check the belt of the peanut harvester for wear. If the belt of the harvester is severely worn, replace it with a new one in a timely manner.

4. Check if the frame, the gear train's connection fastening parts, the tightening nuts of each tie bar or the lock pin are loose or fall off, and tighten and replace in time.
5. All friction parts should be lubricated in time; all external chains should be lubricated with oil every day. Every 3 to 5 days, the chain should be removed for cleaning. The problems found in the inspection should be adjusted or repaired in time to eliminate the faults that have occurred and avoid new faults.
