1st step: rowing fertilizer application
Saving about 50% of fertilizer by spraying fertilizer in the ridge
Fertilizer is applied directly into the ridge, so the fertilizing effect is good and the crop is strong, and rapid cultivation (about 10 to 15 days based on tobacco)
Fertilizer goes directly into the mound, so even if it rains, the fertilizer is not lost.
Fertilizer is not sprayed except inside the ridge to prevent weeding effect and environmental pollution
Fertilizer capacity is equipped with two 100kg hoppers based on compound fertilizer.

Basically, fertilizer is applied on both the left and right ridges, and if an odd ridge comes out during work, only one side can be sprayed as needed to prevent excessive fertilization.
Two types of row-spray fertilizer spreaders
Diffusion spreader: The fertilizer spread is wide, so it is possible to spread fertilizer throughout the ridge.
Central straight-line spraying tube: For crops such as tobacco that are transplanted deeply in the center of the ridge, the fertilizer effect is better when sprayed in a narrow row without using a diffusion tube.
2nd process: rotary work (tillage work)
It is a C-shaped tiller blade type rotary, not a digging machine.

3rd process: ridge forming (soiling work) - 2 ridges
The uncultivated area is small as the length of the ditch forming machine is installed right behind the tillage machine, and the length to the plow forming machine is short.
