SPARCTIC TROUT EGGS: cross between Lake Arctic Charr (Salvelinus alpinus) and brook trout (Salvelinus fontinalis). A strong trout – is not so sensitive to the normal VHS-virus disease – have good growth rate, normal feed uptake and digestibility. A popular game fish in Put and Take Fisheries, a good and strong fighter and well known for a nice and tasty flesh quality. Available from November until February.
